Nic Akritidis was chief project architect for this development, heading the professional team. Encompassing offices, workshops, warehouse and showroom display areas, retail, conference facilities, training centre and various staff recreational facilities, the brief called for an iconic expression of architecture and was duly designed as a showpiece for Nashua on a highly-visible site adjacent to the N3 South in Longmeadow. In addition to the full professional service, he undertook the complete design of all interiors, space planning on the office components, as well as consultation on the furniture design, multi-media installations, auditorium facilities and building management system.
